You have noticed that some of the news streams in your community have a much lower audience or user count than they had previously.
When you review the stream rules for that stream, you notice that the custom profile fields that were specified to determine the audience for that stream rule are no longer appearing in the list of fields that appear when you click on Create profile filter:
This issue is most likely being caused by a known defect, identified as JVCLD-105304. Please contact us indicating which streams in your community are affected, and which profile field is missing from the list of profile fields.
Support agents: Review the information in the JVCLD-105304 and if you believe this is the cause of the problem they are facing, link the Zendesk ticket to the JIRA ticket, then provide the customer with any updates about the status of that ticket.
