When viewing some Events or Ideas, you may notice that their appearance is strange or not as expected. For example, they may be missing the images, text formatting or the navigation links may not have proper color and format as per your Jive community's theme. This can occur if not all resources from the affected Event or Idea are synced across all the nodes for your instance.
- If you have access to the Jive Cloud Admin tool, please conduct a rolling restart of your instance to resync the nodes.
- If you do not have access to this tool, if this issue has occurred multiple times, or if it still persists after the rolling restart please contact us so that ATLAS can assist you. If you are not satisfied with the solution provided by ATLAS, then it will create a ticket for you on which you can attach the HAR file from the affected Event or Idea's webpage
Support agents: This issue has known to occur when nodes go out of sync that may occur due to performance issues on the lagging node. If you can replicate this issue on selective nodes, please verify if there are any non-default logging overrides are set that may be causing the performance impact on the node.

You can check and log in to individual nodes by locating the customer's instance on JCA and looking for the Hosts section as in the screenshot below to verify this issue and remove the logging overrides if needed after customer's written approval.
- Please do not remove the overrides without written confirmation from the customer.
- A rolling restart may still be needed to resync the nodes after removing the logging overrides.
