In Jive Cloud, after clicking on your user avatar, then clicking on Preferences, there is a line at the top of the General Preferences tab that says:
- "Receive email or mobile notifications when there is activity in the community"? If you select yes, choose which activities you want email or mobile notifications for below."
However, the page has no options related to controlling mobile notifications:
A fix was released to include the message that the users can control their mobile notification preferences via the options available to them in the Jive Daily/Jive Daily Hosted apps if required. The links to download the mobile apps are available on the same page under the Mobile Notifications section.
