This article describes how to prevent a user from being able to access Jive through the Jive Daily/Mobile App after their contract ends.
Information
To prevent a user from accessing Jive through the Jive Daily/Mobile App after their contract has ended, please ensure to deactivate the user.
When a user is deactivated, they will no longer be able to access Jive through the Jive Daily app. If they try to sign-in, they will receive a message indicating their account has been deactivated.
If you believe that a user still has access to the community after they have been deactivated, please contact us with the details of the issue, and why you suspect that the user is still able to access the community through the Jive Daily app.
