Community Manager Reports (CMR) is used to view and export analytics data for your community. This includes data on community engagement, usage, and health, including the data related to Spaces and Groups but not the details on Projects. This article will list the alternative options that you have to get the data related to Projects in your Jive community.
Community Manager Reports (also called Community Analytics) does not provide the functionality to view or export data on Projects natively. However, you can use the following approaches to get this information:
- Use the Jive REST API for the Project entity to get the desired data.
- Reach out to your Customer Success Manager to discuss the possibility of engaging the Professional Services team to build custom functionality based on your needs. Please note that engaging the Professional Services team may incur additional costs.
