The profiles fields are not displaying in the right language for all users. This article explains how you can troubleshoot this issue.

The reason why some fields are displayed only in English is these fields have no translation. However, you always can add translation to any fields. To do so, follow the steps given below:
- Navigate to Admin Console > People > Settings > Global Profile Settings.
- Select the field that you want to add a translation to.
- Select language and click Add.
- In the field Display Name, enter the translation and click Save.
