This article describes an issue in which a user's last name cannot be updated to "FREAD" and the following error message is displayed. This issue could arise when trying to change a user's last name to other strings.

Steps to Replicate
- Log in to the Admin Console.
- Locate the desired user.
- Update their last name to
- Click Update.
The name cannot be updated to "FREAD" and the above error message is shown.
The last name is updated to "FREAD".
The Akamai proxy blocks requests that contain black-listed keywords ("FREAD" in this case). This is not a Jive issue.
