Process

To remove the Video option from the Create menu, implement the steps below:

1. Navigate to Admin Console > System > Management > System Properties.

2. Press CTRL+F and search for the property

   jive.module.video.enabled = true

3. On the right-hand side of the mentioned property, click the pencil icon (edit icon) and update the property value to false. Click Save Property to save changes. 

This is available only if you are On-Premise, otherwise, you need to create a ticket on the Jive Support Portal. 

Confirmation

After saving the property, check the Create Menu in a new window, and the Video option will not be available anymore.
