Overview
Community administrators can view and export activity reports using the Analytics Export section. This replaces the deprecated functionality from the Data Export Service (DES). This report captures all the supported data export events from your community.
Prerequisites
Administrative access over your Jive instance.
Solution
- Log into your Jive instance and navigate to Analytics Export.
- Select the ActivityTime range and click on the Preview button.
- You can view on the same page or download the Activity history in CSV by clicking on the Download Activity CSV button.
You can also export the reports for Places, content, and users by clicking on the Download Place CSV, Download Content CSV, and Download User CSV buttons respectively.
