User Adoption Community Manager Report (CMR) is showing a TOTAL USER count much larger than the one observed in Admin Console - People.
- Navigate to Admin Console - People
- Observe the user count that excludes deactivated users.
- Navigate to Community Manager Reports and execute the User adoption report.
- Observe the Total Users count in the report.
The Admin Console User count is much smaller(e.g. 1.000 users) then the Total Users count in the CMR report (e.g. 50.000 users).
Note: It is expected that the two values don't match exactly(1:1) as there are internal users/users that are not visible when one source is counting while the other does not.

This is caused by a code issue found in the CMR plugin.
This issue has been fixed in Jive version 9.0.7
