Overview
This article aims to clarify which Tiles (that are viewable in the Web version of Jive) are supported by Jive Daily Mobile App and which are not. It explains the reasons why some tiles are not compatible and not viewable in the Daily App, and also gives resources on how to verify if a tile is available or not in Daily App.
Information
For formatting reasons, some tiles are not supported and, hence, not visible, on mobile devices.
This happens because mobile devices have some intrinsic differences, in resolution, orientation, and some tiles may not be easily adaptable to the mobile experience.
You can refer to the Tile reference documentation for more details on the currently supported tiles.
For example, you will see tables similar to the following, taken from the News page tile reference:
As can be seen in the last column, it means that the tile "Featured Quest" will not be visible on the Daily App, but the tile "Latest Blog Post" will be.
Update: Latest Blog Posts is not supported in Jive Daily.
When designing your pages, please verify what tiles will be supported in Daily App in order to preserve the mobile experience for your users.
