Overview
There are instances where, while filtering the CMR user adoption, daily activity, or places activity charts can cause timeout errors on a large dataset.
This article provides a resolution for timeout errors on the large datasets.
Environment
Jive HOP 9.0.1.
Reproduction Steps
- Have an instance with a large number of users (has been seen in cases with >100k users).
- Navigate to the User Adoption Community Manager Report.
- Add a filter by a commonly used profile field.
Actual Behavior
The chart times out while loading.
Expected Behavior
The CMR report is correctly filtered.
Resolution
Upgrade to Jive HOP 9.0.2 or later.
