A hover card popup does not go away and stays on the screen.
This article guides you with a solution to this issue.
- AWS 2019.2.2
- Chrome version 74
- Log in to Jive instance.
- Click on any piece of content.
Example: Impact Metrics reports
- Hover your mouse on one of the users to display the hover card.
- Move your mouse away and test to see if the hover card stays on the screen or disappear as expected.
- Access the Admin console and go to System > Settings > Cache.
- Clear Instance Cache.
