After installing Jive for Outlook version 30.7.54 and clicking on Add Account, the buttons are disabled and the new account cannot be added.

- Install the Jive for Outlook plugin version 30.7.54
- Open the plugin and click on the "Add Account" button.
- The user should be able to add a Jive, Twitter or Facebook account.
- Options are disabled and the user cannot add a new account.
When checking the Jive for Outlook logs, the following error appears:
12:57:57,614 [1 ] ERROR [(null)] LoginProcessStarter: Failed to start login process: This program is blocked by group policy. For more information, contact your system administrator.
The 'group policy' error is a Microsoft administration restriction placed on users and governs privileges within an internal network. As a result, the error encountered is a result of customizations set by their company's IT department, and not by Jive Software.
Ask the customer to contact their System Administrator to see if they would be able to add an exception for the Jive for Office tool in the user group policy.
