Overview
You would like to generate a report for the total number of pages broken down by content types such as PDF, DOC, PPT, XLS, TXT, Image, Video, Jive doc, Jive discussion, Jive question, and Jive blog.
Solution
To generate a report for the total number of pages in your production instance, broken down by content types, follow these steps:
- Access the Community Analytics reports and switch to the Community Usage Dashboard.
- Once you are on the Community Usage Dashboard page, filter the date as needed.
- The Content Creation chart shows how many of each content item has been created.
- You can download the report as a CSV by clicking the download icon when you hover on the tile.
Please note that PDF, DOC, PPT, XLS, TXT, and JPG (Image) are all classified as Documents content types and you can also download the report in batch for better performance.
