Overview

Users are able to embed existing videos to their community in one of two ways:

• Through the Real-time Editor (RTE) when posting a new comment or reply.
• Through the Create Video menu as a standalone.

Process

Through the Real-Time Editor (RTE)

1. Go to Content/Comment > RTE > Insert Video > Upload Video.
2. Click Add comment/reply to a piece of content or comment through the RTE.
3. Click on Insert Video.
4. Click on Embed a Video.
5. Input the URL to the embedded video.
6. Click on Insert Video.
7. Save your changes by clicking on Add Comment.

Through the Create Menu

1. Go to Create Menu > Video.
2. Click Embed a Video.
3. Input the URL to the embedded video.
4. Click on Insert Video.
5. Title your video and give it a description.
6. Select the audience for the video.
7. Optionally tag your content to make it easier to find in your community.
8. Click Publish.
