DES | Too Many User Update Records by ANONYMOUS

Overview

This article provides information regarding instances where Customers may raise their concerns about user update activities flagged as Anonymous, sometimes considered as a security risk.

ANONYMOUS would be a guest or integration user.

If the customer has something like SSO/AD/user sync, since the activity is Update_User, those activities are flagged as ANONYMOUS. This is done because we do not want them to be included in the front-end reports, however, they are still logged in DES (Data Export Service).
