You'd like to export all the contents from one Space or Group from your Jive instance instead of request a full data dump.

Information

While exporting the contents of a specific Space or Group cannot be done by Jive Support, you can explore the following alternate options:

• For end-of-contract full database extract that includes all data from your instance, please review our data export guides:
  • For Jive Cloud instances
  • For Jive Hosted instances
• For active Jive instances, you can refer to Downloading multiple content items for your options. While the article refers to exporting Documents, the approach can be used for any desired Content item(s).
