Overview

A hover card popup does not go away and stays on the screen.

This article guides you with a solution to this issue.

Environment

• AWS 2019.2.2
• Chrome version 74

Reproduction Steps

1. Log in to Jive instance.
2. Click on any piece of content.
   Example: Impact Metrics reports
3. Hover your mouse on one of the users to display the hover card.
4. Move your mouse away and test to see if the hover card stays on the screen or disappear as expected.

Resolution

1. Access the Admin console and go to System > Settings > Cache.
2. Clear Instance Cache.
