Installing the SharePoint Add-On

Overview

After creating connections to SharePoint in the Admin Console, you need to head over to your community and install the SharePoint Add-on. To learn how this is done, follow the process below. 

 

Process

To install the SharePoint Add-on:

  1. Click your avatar in the top right of the Jive Community and select Add-ons.

  2. From the Add-ons tab in your Jive Community, select All Add-ons > Available and click Install next to the SharePoint Add-on.

  3. After installing the SharePoint add-on, you will need to Create and Define the SharePoint Integration, which includes setting up the permissions for the SharePoint and Jive users.
